Santa Barbara de Heredia

After an exhaust­ing 12-hour flight, we were picked up at the air­port in San Jose and tak­en to our first accom­mo­da­tion, a cof­fee plan­ta­tion with a hotel (Fin­ca Rosa Blan­ca Cof­fee Plan­ta­tion) north­west of the cap­i­tal. There we relaxed for a while and admired the fan­tas­tic trop­i­cal garden.
