The five lucky win­ners will be noti­fied by email. The soft­ware licens­es will also be deliv­ered by email. No cash alter­na­tive is avail­able, and prizes may not be trans­ferred to anoth­er person.

Privacy

I process the per­son­al data col­lect­ed as part of this give­away, such as your name and email address, sole­ly for the pur­pose of admin­is­ter­ing, con­duct­ing, and ful­fill­ing the give­away on the basis of Arti­cle Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Your data will not be shared with third par­ties. Once the give­away has been ful­ly con­clud­ed, all per­son­al data will be delet­ed unless statu­to­ry reten­tion require­ments apply.

Legal recourse is exclud­ed. The laws of the Fed­er­al Repub­lic of Ger­many apply.
